Shipping Information:

Orders are processed within two business days of submitting the order on the web. Of course Sundays and holidays do not count for shipping days. Most orders will reach you between 5 to 12 business days. If for some reason we do not have an item in stock, and is back ordered, we will notify you within 1-3 business days. We update our website weekly so this would be a rare occasion. But at times since we also have a store some things can get sold before we are able to take it out of stock on the website. Again if this happens you will be notified asap and if we can get it for you we will let you know the time frame of your shipment or if it is no longer available we will refund your payment. If you see something you want and your size is sold out, you can email us and we can let you know just how fast we could get it in stock for you.

 

If you place an order and then change your mind we do NOT give refunds.  You can get a store credit for a future purchase. 


Exchanges:

In the event that your order is not the correct size and you would like to exchange it we completely understand. We can exchange it IF we have your size in stock or a store credit will be issued. We do not refund purchases.  And you are responsible for shipping of your return/exchange both ways. We try and describe sizes the best we can. Please ask questions if your not clear on the sizing. We ask that you return any items with a signature confirmation required and a tracking number. We ask this so that your packages are not left outside in the weather or where someone can pick them up during our closed hours. We are not responsible for your packages that are sent back without delivery confirmation and a signature. Merchandise returned for exchange or store credit after 7 days from delivery is subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. No exceptions. Our merchandise changes weekly so we would not be able to restock something we no longer have for sale.   Please allow 3-5 days for any credits or store approved refunds to be issued back to you.

 

Manufacture Defects
All items are FASHION pieces.  They are manufactured pieces and on occasion there is a manufacturer defect.  If the item you purchase has a defect within the first 14 days of your purchase, you will need to call (620) 532-2700 for a return authorization.  The item will need to be shipped back and once a determination is made that is is a manufacturer defect a replacement item will be shipped.  If a replacement item is no longer available, a credit on account will be issued.  (normal wear and tear or negligent uses is not considered manufacturer defect, missing crystals are not included in manufacturer defect)

Exchanges exclude shipping and handling charges.
All Sale Items are final sales. No refunds.


If you received a wrong item or a product that is defective, please call (620) 532-2700 for exchange of merchandise immediately. Again merchandise must be returned within 7 days from delivery.

Shipping and Handling Charges:


Shipping is our choice of U.S.P.S mail inside of the continental U.S. and usually takes 4-9 working days for delivery depending on delivery location. Shipping to Canada, and international destinations may take 10 to 15 days for delivery.
Shipments via U.P.S. a street address is required, so if you special request U.P.S. shipment no P.O. addresses will be accepted.

If you request two day shipping it will be charged based on weight and location and will be provided by quote if requested by email. Please email a 2 day request including your zip code and your order selection to leahslovelies@hotmail.com and we will get back to you asap with a quote on your order. We DO NOT ship overnight.
Customer is responsible and invoice will be adjusted to reflect actual cost of shipping over and beyond estimated cost.

Shipping Policy:

We stand behind every item we sell. Upon receipt of your order please inspect it immediately. If, for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call (620) 532-2700 or email leahslovelies@hotmail.com for a return authorization code. Return the item in original unused condition (tags attached), smoke free and pet hair free with the receipt within 7 days from date of receipt and we will replace the item or issue a store credit. Our goal is your complete satisfaction!


Exchanges and returns for store credit exclude shipping and handling charges.

 

No matter what the reason for your return to us IF we have agreed to pay the shipping back to us we will reimburse you for the shipping we charge on our website when you ordered said item.  We are not responsible for anything OVER that amount.

 

If an item is put on sale after you have purchased it we do not refund the difference. If a code is offered for free shipping or a discount and you did not enter it we cannot credit you after your order is placed.  All Sale Items are final sales. No refunds!
