In the fall of 2011 Leah's added a Upscale Consignment Boutique.

CONSIGNMENT INFORMATION:
You will be asked to leave your items for sorting. You will be contacted within 7 days to pick up your no thank you items and given total for the items placed on consignment, any items left for more than a week after you’ve been contacted will be donated to Second Chance. ITEMS ACCEPTED FOR CONSIGNMENT CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES

 • Sizes-Baby girls to Women’s Plus.

 • All clothing MUST be: freshly laundered.

• Shoes MUST be clean and scuff free.

 • Items MUST be folded in a container. (Please no pins & place 2pc items together.)

 • All items MUST be in new or like new condition - NO stains, rips or holes, buttons must be present, zipper & snaps MUST work. Jewelry cannot be broken

 • All items must have original labels with size.

 • Any items brought in with smoke odor or pet hair WILL NOT be considered.

We strive to sell quality, desirable items to our customers. So please understand if we're unable to consign all of your items. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONSIGNMENT Items placed on consignment will be keep for a 6 month contract. The owner will determine if the contract will be renewed at the end of the 6 month period. All items must be picked up within 2 weeks after the end of the contract period. You will be notified by phone at the end of your contract. Any items not picked up after the 2 weeks will be donated to Second Chance. You must give the owner 1 week notification of any items that you wish to take out of consignment.Items may be discounted at the discretion of the owner. This discounted price will be reflected on your bill of sale.Consignment checks will be available after the 5th of each month for the previous month’s sales.Consignment checks must be picked up in person (unless other arrangements have been made) and will be available at the first of the month. You will be notified by phone ONE time that you have a consignment check. Any consignment checks not picked up by the end of that month will be void.General: Sixty percent (60%) of the selling price of each item shall be paid to Leah’s Lovelies Jewelry & Gifts. Liability: Leah’s Lovelies Jewelry, Gifts & Upscale Retail assumes no responsibility for the loss or destruction of any item.
